In view of the increasing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and taking into account the recently published travel restrictions - namely for China, Korea, Italy, Iran, France, Germany, Spain as well as for states with a tense situation - by the Lord Mayor of Moscow Sergej Sobjanin (decret N° 12-UM) NürnbergMesse has decided to postpone Beviale Moscow 2020.
Postponement of a trade fair event merely means that the trade fair event is postponed to another time. The contracts concluded to date shall remain in force and continue to be valid. The contracts therefore do not need to be concluded anew.
The venue and all exhibition halls of Beviale Moscow 2020 will remain the same after the postponement. Therefore our overall goal is to also keep all placements and stands. In the unlikely case the need for a change arises we will inform exhibitors affected by that as soon as possible.
The stand space confirmation you have already received remains valid in principle. If necessary, adjustments may have to be made with regard to the new date. We will inform you of this as soon as possible.
The short-term nature of the decision to postpone is a particular challenge for you and also for us. We would therefore ask you to understand that we still have to examine numerous organisational and legal points and are therefore unfortunately unable to provide you with any information on this issue at present. The primary goal on our part is to find a solution that causes as little effort as possible for our exhibitors. As soon as we have information on this, we will of course contact you as soon as possible.
No, an active confirmation of your participation in the new appointment is not required. The contracts concluded so far remain in force and continue to be valid.
If you do not wish to attend the new date, you must inform us accordingly in writing.
Yes, the invitation links as well as the already done visitor registrations will remain valid and active. However, we recommend that you invite your customers again to inform them about the changed date of the trade fair.
Your catalogue entry as well as all adjustments and orders for exhibitor badges are not lost. We will keep them and transfer them to the new dates of Beviale Moscow. In case you wish to do any changes here, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
